Shaffer Park Resort Dog Policy

NOTICE: As of January 1, 2008, there will be a $10 per day per dog charge. We allow
small to medium size (under 50 lbs.) dogs with a 2 dog maximum per room. All other
rules still apply including dogs must be leashed and under control at all times, pooper
scooping, dogs cannot be left alone inside the room or on the Resort grounds, and dogs
are not allowed on any furniture. Do not bring guard, vicious or dogs that are not
housebroken. Any and all damages and professional costs are the responsibility of the
dog owner. Management reserves the right to not accept any dog without reason.
Failure to count your dogs at check-in, abide by the above rules and keep your dog quiet
may cause you to be evicted immediately – day or night.
These changes are due to abuse and damages in the past year.
Please, do not abuse these rules, or we will not allow dogs in the future.

I understand that I am responsible for any and all damages and
professional costs while at Shaffer Park Resort.
I will pay any and all legal fees required to collect these costs.
I agree to follow all rules on the opposite side of this form.
